Such inspections include evaluating your services, equipment and vehicles to ensure that they meet our standards (Franchise Agreement, Section 9.2).

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kidokinetics conducts inspections of your Kidokinetics Business. The frequency and duration of these inspections are determined at Kidokinetics's discretion.
These inspections involve evaluating the franchisee's services, equipment, and vehicles to ensure they meet Kidokinetics's standards. This allows Kidokinetics to maintain consistent quality and brand standards across all franchise locations.
If Kidokinetics determines, after an inspection, that a franchisee is not operating in compliance with the Franchise Agreement, Kidokinetics may require the franchisee, their operating principal, managers, and other employees to attend remedial training to address any operational deficiencies.
