Can Kidokinetics change the location of the Initial Management Training Program?

According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kidokinetics has the right to designate an alternate location for the Initial Management Training Program. The initial training program is conducted at Kidokinetics's headquarters, which is currently in Davie, Florida, or at a location within the vicinity of their headquarters.

Kidokinetics also reserves the right to modify the length, content, and manner of conducting the Initial Management Training Program at its discretion. This gives Kidokinetics flexibility in adjusting the training program as needed.
