Schedule, in our discretion, a national business meeting or convention for up to 3 days per year at a location we designate.
If we schedule any national business meeting or convention, you must attend and you must pay us a registration fee per attendee as we designate.
You are also responsible for paying for your transportation, lodging, meals and other expenses to attend any national business meeting or convention (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.5).

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Kidokinetics's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the national business meeting or convention is mandatory if Kidokinetics schedules one. Kidokinetics has the discretion to schedule a national business meeting or convention for up to 3 days per year at a location they designate.
If a national business meeting or convention is scheduled, the franchisee must attend and pay a registration fee per attendee as designated by Kidokinetics. In addition to the registration fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering their own transportation, lodging, meals, and other related expenses to attend the meeting or convention.
This mandatory attendance policy ensures that Kidokinetics franchisees stay informed about important business updates, network with other franchisees, and receive any necessary training or information provided at the meeting or convention. The costs associated with attending, including registration fees and travel expenses, should be factored into the franchisee's budget.
