According to the Kidokinetics agreement, how can the agreement be modified?

According to the 2024 Kidokinetics Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Operations Manual and other documents are subject to modification from time to time as Kidokinetics determines, in its sole discretion. Kidokinetics will notify the franchisee of updates, revisions, modifications, or amendments to the Franchise Operations Manual, and the franchisee must comply with all updates, revisions, modifications, or amendments to the Franchise Operations Manual no later than 30 days after notification at the franchisee's sole expense.

Additionally, Schedule 1 of the Kidokinetics Franchise Agreement, which pertains to the address of the new Kidokinetics Business Location, can be amended to reflect the new address if the franchisee relocates their business.

These stipulations mean that Kidokinetics retains the right to make changes to the operational guidelines and franchisees are obligated to implement these changes promptly.
