What This Means (2025 FDD)

While the document discusses the standards for food and beverage products, it does not specify the exact procedures for storing bread and cookies after baking.

However, the FDD does state that all food products must conform to the specifications and quality standards established by Jersey Mike's. Franchisees are required to purchase products that meet these standards either from Jersey Mike's and its affiliates or from approved suppliers.
