TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby mutually covenanted and agreed between Lessor and Lessee as follows:

  • 1. Use. The Premises shall be used for the purposes set forth in Recital B and for no other purpose during the term of the Lease or any renewal thereof.
  • 2. Remodeling and Décor. Lessor agrees that Lessee shall have the right to remodel, equip, paint and decorate the interior and exterior of the Premises and to display such proprietary marks and signs on the interior and exterior of the Premises as Lessee is required to do pursuant to the Franchise Agreement or any Franchise Agreement under which Lessee may operate a Jack in the Box restaurant at the Premises.
  • 3. Notice. Lessor and Lessee each agree that whenever they send the other any letter, notice, amendment or other document pertaining to the Lease or the Premises, they will simultaneously send a copy to the Company.All notices to the Company shall be sent by Registered or Certified Mail, postage prepaid, to the following address:
