What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Jack In The Box Franchise Disclosure Document, the TL Food Safety Certification training takes place at the restaurant. This training requires 0.4 hours of classroom training. There is no on-the-job training required for the TL Food Safety Certification.
Team Leaders (TL) are required to complete the TL Food Safety Certification. Restaurant Managers (RM) and Franchise Operators (FO) are also required to complete the TL Food Safety Certification.
