What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Jack In The Box Franchise Disclosure Document, the Onboarding training for Team Members (TM), Team Leaders (TL), and Restaurant Managers (RM) is held at a Jack In The Box Restaurant. This initial onboarding involves 4 hours of on-the-job training and no classroom training.
Other training programs are also conducted at a Jack In The Box Restaurant. These include Assembly Workstation Training (10 hours on-the-job), Fryer Workstation Training (11 hours on-the-job), Grill Workstation Training (12 hours on-the-job), Guest Service Workstation Training (12 hours on-the-job), Prep Workstation Training (11 hours on-the-job), and Maintenance Workstation Training (12 hours on-the-job).
