Where can I find a list of franchised Jack In The Box locations?

According to the 2025 Jack In The Box Franchise Disclosure Document, a list of franchised locations can be found in Exhibit D.

Exhibit D includes a list of franchised Jack In The Box locations, former franchisees, and agreements signed for units that are not yet open. This exhibit provides prospective franchisees with information about the current and past franchisees within the Jack In The Box system.

Additionally, the FDD includes a list of franchisees who ceased to do business under a Franchise Agreement during the fiscal year 2024. This list includes the names, addresses, and last known telephone numbers of franchisees whose Jack In The Box restaurant franchise outlets were terminated, cancelled, not renewed, or otherwise ceased operation during the most recently completed fiscal year ended September 29, 2024, or who have not communicated with Jack In The Box within the 10 weeks preceding the date of the disclosure document.
