What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the financial performance representation (FPR) includes data from 28 franchised salons that met the criteria to be considered a "Qualifying Salon". These salons were open and operating for the entire measuring period, which was from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, and provided all requested data to Itan for the preparation of the FPR.
The FPR includes data related to gross profit and selected operating expenses. The gross profit data includes annual gross sales, annual cost of goods sold, and annual gross profit. The selected operating expenses include credit card processing, electricity and gas, labor, marketing, and rent.
It is important to note that the FPR includes limited expense information, and franchisees will incur additional expenses such as insurance, session consumables, admin & supplies, maintenance & repairs, professional fees, technology, business property tax, and utilities, as well as initial and ongoing franchise fees. Prospective franchisees should consult with their advisors to develop their own revenue estimates for their salon.
