What is the total number of hours of classroom training provided to Itan franchisees?

According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the total hours of classroom training amount to 80 hours. This includes various subjects such as team training, team management, brand experience, management reports and POS, inventory management, inventory planning, goal setting, local salon marketing, salon success planning with a business coach, franchise reporting requirements, accounting and record keeping, and franchisee compliance. These sessions are conducted via LMS (Learning Management System) or MS Teams.

In addition to the classroom training, Itan also provides on-the-job training, which also totals 80 hours. This includes in-person training in San Diego, California, team evaluation at the franchisee's salon, and pre-opening and post-opening training and support, also at the franchisee's salon. The combination of classroom and on-the-job training is designed to equip franchisees with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to manage and operate their Itan salon effectively.

The initial training program also includes remote training stages and hands-on training in San Diego. Remote training is self-paced and supplemented with live virtual training sessions. Hands-on training takes place at a designated training facility in San Diego. Onsite training occurs at the franchisee's salon immediately before and through the opening date.
