This estimates the Travel Expenses and other costs you will incur to complete our initial training program, which includes: (a) 2 weeks of remote training; (b) 5 days of training at a certified iTAN training facility in San Diego, California; and (c) 5 days of onsite training conducted at your Studio at the time you open. The low estimate assumes only your Managing Owner completes initial training. If you choose to hire a general manager, your general manager must also complete initial training. The high estimate assumes initial training is completed by your Managing Owner and 1 general manager. Your actual training expenses may vary depending on: (a) the number of people you send to training; (b) the distance they must travel; and (c) the level and quality of accommodations, travel and dining selected. The high estimate also includes pre-opening payroll for your general manager during our training program.
