During the Term, who is allowed to use the Itan email addresses and accounts?

We will provide you with the iTAN email addresses and accounts you must use.
We may charge you our then-current fee for each email address we provide (this fee is added to the technology fee described in §11.9(f) below).
You must exclusively use these email addresses for all communications with us, customers, suppliers and other Persons relating to your Salon.
You may not use them for any purpose unrelated to your Salon.
We own the email addresses and accounts but allow you to use them during the Term.
We have the independent right to view your email accounts and emails at any time.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Itan will provide franchisees with iTAN email addresses and accounts that they must use. While Itan owns these email addresses and accounts, franchisees are allowed to use them during the term of their agreement.
Itan requires franchisees to exclusively use these email addresses for all communications with Itan, customers, suppliers, and other individuals related to the franchisee's salon. Franchisees are prohibited from using the email addresses for any purposes unrelated to their Itan salon.
It is important to note that Itan retains the independent right to view the franchisee's email accounts and emails at any time. Franchisees may also be charged a fee for each email address provided, which will be added to the technology fee.
