Where does the Itan team training take place?

According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, team training takes place through the Learning Management System (LMS). The FDD outlines the locations for various training components. In-person training is conducted in San Diego, California, and franchisee salon training is to be determined.

Specifically, the team training module involves 3 hours of classroom training conducted via LMS. Other training modules such as Team Management (4 hours), Brand Experience (4 hours), Management Reports and POS (5 hours), Inventory Management (3 hours), Goal Setting (3 hours), Local Salon Marketing (2 hours), Franchise Reporting Requirements (1 hour), Accounting and Record Keeping (2 hours), and Franchisee Compliance (1 hour) also take place via LMS.

In addition to LMS-based training, Inventory Planning (3 hours) and Salon Success Planning with a Business Coach (3 hours) are conducted via Teams. Team evaluation involves 8 hours of on-the-job training at the Franchisee Salon, with the location to be determined (TBD). Pre-opening and post-opening training and support each involve 16 hours at the Franchisee Salon, also with the location TBD.
