Does Itan reserve the right to conduct training programs virtually?

According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Itan reserves the right to conduct training programs virtually. The document states that Itan's training programs may take place at any location they designate. Furthermore, Itan's current initial training program includes two weeks of remotely conducted training.

This means that as a prospective franchisee, you should be prepared to participate in virtual training sessions as part of the initial training program or for any refresher or supplemental courses that Itan may offer. Itan may also use a franchisee's salon as a training facility for other franchisees, in which case Itan will reimburse the franchisee for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred.

Itan provides its preopening initial training program at no additional charge. However, Itan charges an initial training fee of $1,500 for each additional person sent to initial training after the opening date. Itan may also charge a training fee of up to $300 per person per day for anyone who retakes training after failing a prior attempt, attends remedial training, or attends additional training requested by the franchisee.
