Does Itan reserve the right to change the instructors at any time?

Our current instructors include Faraje Kharsa and Paizlyn Rogers.
Faraje is our founder and Chief Executive Officer. He has been involved with iTAN since 2001 when he opened the first Salon in San Diego, California. Faraje may provide instruction on all topics. He has 24 years of experience in the field.
Paizlyn is our Franchise Business Coach. She has been involved with iTAN since January 2019 when she joined Urban Sun Tan, LLC (an iTAN franchisee) as their Training Director/Operations Specialist. She joined our corporate team in October 2022 as our Franchise Business Coach. She has worked in the tanning salon industry for over 11 years. Her responsibilities have included opening new salons and training and developing team members.
We reserve the right to change add or replace instructors at any time.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Itan retains the right to modify the training instructors at any time. The FDD specifies that "We reserve the right to change add or replace instructors at any time."
Currently, Itan's instructors include Faraje Kharsa and Paizlyn Rogers. Faraje Kharsa, the founder and Chief Executive Officer, has been involved with Itan since 2001 and may provide instruction on all topics due to his 24 years of experience. Paizlyn Rogers, the Franchise Business Coach, has been involved with Itan since January 2019 and has worked in the tanning salon industry for over 11 years.
This flexibility allows Itan to adapt its training program by bringing in new expertise or adjusting its training staff as needed. For a prospective franchisee, this means the trainers they encounter may change over time, and they should be prepared for different instructors and teaching styles as Itan deems necessary.
