Furthermore, the FDD states that if the site for the Salon has not been approved when the Franchise Agreement is signed, Itan will send the franchisee a Site Approval Notice listing the address of the approved site. Within five business days of receiving the Site Approval Notice, the franchisee must sign and date the acknowledgment section and return a copy to Itan.

Attachment B to the Franchise Agreement is explicitly labeled as the "FORM OF SITE APPROVAL NOTICE."
