What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must present menu offerings in a manner designated by Itan. Franchisees must strictly adhere to Itan's approved menu and menu system.
This means that Itan has control over how the menu is displayed to customers, ensuring brand consistency across all franchise locations. This could include specific layouts, fonts, colors, and placement of items on the menu boards or printed menus.
For a prospective franchisee, this requirement means they will not have the freedom to design their own menus or present offerings in a way they personally prefer. They must follow Itan's guidelines, which are designed to maintain a consistent brand image and customer experience. Itan also retains the right to change the goods and services offered, and franchisees must comply with these changes.
