What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Itan is not obligated to keep the hands-on training facility in the same location. The FDD states that the hands-on training takes place at a designated training facility in San Diego, California, and specifies that the current designated training facility is a franchised Salon in San Diego. However, Itan explicitly reserves the right to change the training facility at any time.

For a prospective franchisee, this means that the location of the 5-day hands-on training could change. While currently in San Diego, California, Itan can move it to another location. This could impact travel costs and logistics for franchisees attending the training.

It is common for franchisors to retain the flexibility to modify training locations based on various factors such as cost, availability, and the quality of the training facility. Franchisees should confirm the training location closer to their training date and factor in potential travel expenses.
