You must have high-speed Internet access. Our Learning Management System (LMS) houses all of our iTAN University training materials. We may change the components of the Technology Systems from time to time, including your computer system.
The computer system will generally be used to prepare reports, print advertising and marketing materials and communicate with us through e-mail. You will use Microsoft 365 to access email as well as the most current Operations Manual and iTAN University materials on the LMS platform. We may also use Microsoft 365 as an online collaborative area where we may upload and share marketing ideas, Local Store Marketing (LSM) tools, order forms, contact listings, monthly sales data, etc. You will use LMS to access iTAN University materials. You will use QuickBooks Online Plus to perform accounting functions.

According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Learning Management System (LMS) that houses all of iTAN University training materials is referred to as LMS. Franchisees must have high-speed internet access to utilize this system.
The LMS is used to access the most current Operations Manual and iTAN University materials. Itan may also use Microsoft 365 as an online collaborative area where they may upload and share marketing ideas, Local Store Marketing (LSM) tools, order forms, contact listings, and monthly sales data.
Initial remote training for Itan franchisees includes online core operational curriculum administered through iTAN University, which is accessed through LMS. Remote training conducted via LMS will be monitored through a training reports system.
