What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Five Diamond Trading Company, LLC ("FDTC") is the exclusive supplier for FIT Bodywrap®, which is Itan's proprietary infrared weight loss body wrap. FDTC shares Itan's principal business address.
It is important to note that FDTC has never operated a Salon. In addition to FDTC, Evolv Brands Inc. is another affiliate that sells products to Itan franchisees. Evolv is the exclusive supplier for Itan's proprietary and customized retail product lines, including TANOLOGY® lotions, BRONZE LUMINESSENCE™ lotions and CALIFORNIA SPA® Ageless Serum, as well as certain branded supplies like name tags, bed tents, iTAN tote bags, and key tags. Evolv also shares Itan's principal business address.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that they will be required to purchase FIT Bodywrap® products exclusively from FDTC. This means that franchisees cannot source these products from other suppliers, even if they find better prices or terms. This arrangement ensures consistency and quality control across all Itan locations but also limits the franchisee's flexibility in managing their supply chain. It is a common practice in franchising for franchisors to designate specific suppliers to maintain brand standards and quality.
