According to the 2025 Itan Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees receive 40 hours of in-person classroom training in San Diego, California. This in-person training is part of the initial training program for the Managing Owner and initial general managers.
The initial training program consists of several components, including remote self-paced training, hands-on training in San Diego, and onsite training at the franchisee's salon. Franchisees may also be required to attend refresher or supplemental training courses and may incur training fees for retraining, remedial training, or additional training requested.
