Websites, Social Media and Digital Advertising
We will maintain a corporate website to promote our brand. We will also create and host a local webpage to promote your Salon, which will be linked to our corporate website. Your webpage will list certain information about your Salon, such as address, contact information and hours of operation. We can modify or discontinue our website and/or your local webpage at any time.
Except for the webpage we provide, you may not: (a) develop, host, or otherwise maintain a website or other digital presence relating to your Salon (including any website bearing any of our Marks); (b) utilize the Internet to conduct digital or online advertising; or (c) engage in ecommerce.
We will set up an Instagram account (which we will own) for your Salon. You must regularly post content in accordance with our guidelines and regulations, including the following:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Itan will maintain a corporate website to promote its brand. Itan will also create and host a local webpage for each Salon, linking it to the corporate website. This local webpage will include information such as the Salon's address, contact information, and hours of operation. However, Itan retains the right to modify or discontinue the corporate website and local webpage at any time.
Beyond the webpage provided by Itan, franchisees are restricted from developing, hosting, or maintaining any other websites or digital presence related to their Salon, including those using Itan's trademarks. Franchisees are also prohibited from engaging in online advertising or e-commerce activities, except for the webpage that Itan provides.
Itan will also set up and own an Instagram account for each Salon. Franchisees are required to regularly post content to this account, following Itan's guidelines and regulations. This indicates that Itan maintains control over the online presence and branding of its franchises, while franchisees are responsible for contributing content to the approved channels.
