Faraje Kharsa is our founder and has served as our Chief Executive Officer since our inception in April 2008. From April 2008 through May 2012, he also served as our Training Director. From January 2001 through the present, Mr. Kharsa has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of our affiliate, Kharsa, which is located in San Diego, California and operated our company-owned Salons until December 2023.
