What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Itan Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program includes multiple components. A portion of the training is conducted remotely, while other parts are in-person. Specifically, the hands-on portion of the training takes place at a designated training facility in San Diego, California. The FDD notes that the current designated training facility is a franchised Itan salon in San Diego, California, but this location may change.
In addition to the hands-on training in San Diego, Itan also provides onsite training at the franchisee's salon.
