If a prospective franchisee converts a "Qualifying Conversion Salon" to an Itan salon, the initial franchise fee is reduced to $15,000.

To qualify for this discount, the franchisee must have operated the pre-existing tanning salon for at least one year before signing the Franchise Agreement. This condition ensures that the discount is intended for established businesses transitioning to the Itan brand, rather than new ventures simply adopting the Itan name.

It's important to note that the Conversion Discount cannot be combined with the Veterans Discount for a single salon. However, if a franchisee qualifies for both discounts, Itan will apply the Conversion Discount to the first franchised salon and the Veterans Discount to the next salon purchased that does not qualify for the Conversion Discount. This policy provides some benefit to veterans looking to convert an existing salon while also expanding with additional locations.
