According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to implement corrective measures after field visits. Itan has the right, but not the obligation, to conduct periodic field visits to provide onsite consultation, assistance, and guidance regarding the operation and management of the salon.

After a field visit, Itan will provide a report detailing any problems or concerns observed, along with instructions to address or resolve them. In addition to field visits, Itan may also conduct inspections, which may address issues such as customer service, safety, sanitation, and inventory rotation.
