Inventory

All inventory must meet our standards and specifications. You must purchase these items only from approved or designated suppliers. You may not utilize or sell any inventory items we have not approved. We currently require that you purchase your supply of TANOLOGY® and BRONZE LUMINESSENCE™ skincare products and CALIFORNIA SPA® Ageless Serum exclusively from our affiliates.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all inventory must meet Itan's standards and specifications. Franchisees are required to purchase these items exclusively from approved or designated suppliers. Itan maintains control over the inventory sold to ensure brand consistency and quality. Franchisees are prohibited from using or selling any inventory items that have not been approved by Itan.

Specifically, franchisees must purchase their supply of TANOLOGY® and BRONZE LUMINESSENCE™ skincare products and CALIFORNIA SPA® Ageless Serum exclusively from Itan's affiliates. This requirement ensures that Itan can maintain quality control over these specific products and potentially benefit financially through its affiliates.

This restriction on inventory sources is a common practice in franchising, allowing Itan to maintain brand standards and potentially generate revenue through supplier relationships. However, it also means that franchisees have limited flexibility in sourcing inventory and must adhere to Itan's approved supplier list, which may impact their costs and profit margins. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider these restrictions and evaluate the pricing and quality of approved suppliers before investing in an Itan franchise.
