Startup Package
Approximately 14 days prior to your anticipated opening date, you must purchase our designated "Startup Package" from our affiliates. Our current Startup Package includes the items set forth in the table below:

The Startup Package includes a FIT Bodywrap® purchased from FDTC for $4,000, TANOLOGY® skincare products purchased from EVOLV for $150 to $200, BRONZE LUMINESSENCE™ lotion purchased from EVOLV for $150, CALIFORNIA SPA® Ageless Serum purchased from EVOLV for $104, and Branded Supplies (e.g., name tags, bed tents, iTAN tote bags and key tags) purchased from EVOLV for $250. The total cost of the Startup Package ranges from $4,654 to $4,704.
Itan retains the right to modify the Startup Package requirements, potentially requiring franchisees to purchase items directly from designated third-party suppliers. This means the franchisee may not have a choice in suppliers and must adhere to Itan's or their affiliates' selected vendors. This could impact costs and potentially limit the franchisee's ability to negotiate better deals or source alternative products.
