What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the receipt pertaining to the disclosure document should be executed in duplicate. After signing both copies, the prospective Itan franchise owner must retain one copy within the Franchise Disclosure Document as their own record. The other signed copy must be returned to iTAN Franchising, Inc.
