What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Itan retains the right to conduct inspections of franchise locations for quality control and compliance purposes. As part of these inspections, Itan or its representatives are permitted to enter and evaluate the Salon.
Specifically, Itan can examine and copy a franchisee's books, records, accounts, and tax returns. This allows Itan to thoroughly assess the financial health and operational practices of the franchise.
This right enables Itan to ensure that franchisees are adhering to the standards and requirements outlined in the franchise agreement, and to identify any areas where corrective action may be needed. The scope of the inspection is determined by Itan.
