What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Form of Site Approval Notice is included as ATTACHMENT "B" to the Franchise Agreement. The Site Approval Notice is used to identify the approved site for the franchisee's salon and its territory.

If Itan approves the site for the salon before the Franchise Agreement is signed, the territory will be described in Part E of ATTACHMENT "A". Otherwise, the territory will be described in the Site Approval Notice sent after the site is approved.

Prospective Itan franchisees should carefully review all attachments and exhibits to fully understand their rights and obligations under the Franchise Agreement.
