Where can I find the conversion completion deadline for an Itan franchise?

According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the conversion completion deadline for converting your current business to an Itan salon can be found in Attachment B to the Conversion Addendum. The addendum modifies the standard Franchise Agreement to account for the conversion of an existing business.

Prior to utilizing any of Itan's marks, the franchisee must receive a "Certificate of Conversion Completion". This certificate confirms that the franchisee has met all conversion requirements outlined in the addendum and the Franchise Agreement, and that the premises are ready to operate as an Itan Salon. The franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with re-imaging, remodeling, renovating, refurbishing, and modernizing the premises to meet Itan's standards and specifications.

The franchisee must engage a licensed and bonded architect to prepare construction plans that incorporate minimum modifications and improvements detailed in Attachment C of the addendum. These plans must adhere to Itan's standards in the Manual and comply with all applicable laws. The franchisor's approval of these construction plans is required within 90 days of the addendum's effective date. The franchisee must also ensure they negotiate a lease term of at least 10 years from the Conversion Date with their landlord.
