This exhibit includes a release of claims by the franchisee, which means the franchisee agrees to release Itan from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, actions, or causes of action related to the franchise agreement.

The release covers both known and unknown claims, past and present, and applies to the franchisee and their affiliates. However, the General Release does not apply to claims arising under the Washington Franchise Investment Protection Act for Washington franchisees.

For California franchisees, the document includes a waiver of California Civil Code §1542, indicating the franchisee is intentionally releasing all existing claims, whether known or unknown.
