What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Itan maintains control over the goods and services offered at its franchise locations. Itan must approve all goods and services that a franchisee intends to sell. Conversely, the franchisee is obligated to offer all goods and services that Itan requires.
Furthermore, Itan franchisees are prohibited from selling any goods or services that Itan has explicitly disapproved. Franchisees must adhere strictly to Itan's approved menu and menu system, presenting offerings in the manner designated by Itan.
Itan retains the right to modify the goods and services offered at any time, and franchisees are obligated to comply with these changes. Itan may also require franchisee participation in gift card programs or other customer loyalty initiatives, including membership models, as per Itan's policies and procedures. This level of control ensures brand consistency and standards across all Itan franchise locations.
