Where may Itan conduct its training programs?

- 5.3. Training Locations. Our training programs may take place at any location we designate. We reserve the right to conduct training programs virtually. Our current initial training program includes two (2) weeks of remotely conducted training. You agree that we may use your Salon as a training facility for other franchisees, provided that we will reimburse you for all out-of-pocket expenses you incur as a result of our use of your Salon as a training facility.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, training programs may occur at any location Itan designates. Itan also reserves the right to conduct training programs virtually. The initial training program currently includes two weeks of training conducted remotely.
Itan may use a franchisee's salon as a training facility for other franchisees. If Itan uses a franchisee's salon for training purposes, Itan will reimburse the franchisee for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result.
System-wide refresher or supplemental training is conducted at Itan's headquarters or at a company-owned salon. This training is provided at no additional charge to the franchisee.
