What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must meet several conditions before receiving written authorization to open their salon. These conditions include the Managing Owner successfully completing Itan's initial training program. Additionally, the franchisee must obtain all required licenses, permits, and approvals from Governmental Authorities, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
Another crucial condition is the purchase of all required insurance policies, with evidence of coverage provided to Itan. This protects both the franchisee and Itan from potential liabilities. Itan must also review and approve the construction, build-out, and layout of the salon to ensure it meets the brand's standards and specifications.
Finally, the franchisee must fulfill all other pre-opening obligations as outlined in the Franchise Agreement and the Manual. Meeting these requirements ensures that the Itan salon is ready to operate according to the franchisor's standards, maintaining brand consistency and quality across all locations.
