What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Itan does not charge an additional fee for the onsite training provided during the opening of the salon. As part of the initial training, Itan sends a representative to the franchisee's salon for approximately five days to provide onsite training and assist with the salon opening.

This is a benefit to the franchisee, as Itan covers the cost of this initial onsite training. However, franchisees are responsible for travel expenses if they or their personnel attend other training programs. Itan may charge training fees for circumstances such as retaking training after failing a prior attempt, attending remedial training, or attending additional training requested by the franchisee.

It is important to note that while Itan covers the cost of the initial onsite training, this policy does not extend to other types of training or assistance that may be required or requested. Franchisees should budget accordingly for potential additional training expenses for themselves and their staff.
