What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Itan Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees and their owners must acknowledge that other franchisees may operate under different agreement terms. This means that the specific obligations, rights, and benefits can vary significantly from one Itan franchise to another.
Itan may also negotiate different terms or offer concessions to some franchisees, without any obligation to extend the same terms or concessions to others. This implies that a prospective franchisee should not assume that the terms offered to them are standard or the best possible, as Itan retains the flexibility to customize agreements on a case-by-case basis.
This clause highlights the importance of carefully reviewing the specific terms of the franchise agreement offered by Itan and understanding that these terms may differ from those of other franchisees. It also suggests that prospective franchisees may want to negotiate for more favorable terms, although Itan is not obligated to grant them.
