What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the physical condition of the salon is evaluated during inspections. Itan, or its representative, may enter and evaluate the salon for quality control and compliance purposes. The scope of the inspection includes evaluating the physical condition of the salon for cleanliness, sanitation, and state of repair.
This means that Itan franchisees must maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensure that the salon is well-maintained. The inspection aims to ensure that the salon meets Itan's standards for customer experience and brand image.
Prospective franchisees should consider the costs associated with maintaining the salon's physical condition, as these costs are the franchisee's responsibility. Regular cleaning, repairs, and maintenance will be necessary to meet Itan's standards and pass inspections.
