QuickBooks Online Plus will store accounting data. We have independent unlimited access to all of this data and there are no contractual limits imposed on our access. Currently, we do not have independent access to any other data entered into your computer system (i.e., data that is not entered into or stored through Microsoft 365), but we may inspect your computer system and access this data during an inspection.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will use QuickBooks Online Plus to perform accounting functions. This means Itan can view all financial transactions, records, and reports managed through the QuickBooks Online Plus software. Franchisees should be aware that Itan will have complete visibility into their financial operations.
QuickBooks Online licensor will provide required maintenance and updates for QuickBooks Online Plus. Franchisees must purchase and use all technology systems that Itan designates, including QuickBooks Online Plus.
