What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Itan's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after the final construction plans for your salon are approved, you are required to construct and equip your salon according to these approved plans and the requirements outlined in Itan's Manual. This includes purchasing or leasing and installing all necessary technology systems, equipment, fixtures, signs, and other items that Itan requires for the operation of the salon.
This means that franchisees must adhere strictly to the approved construction plans and the specifications in the manual to ensure uniformity and compliance with Itan's brand standards. Any deviation from these plans or specifications could result in non-compliance and potential penalties from the franchisor.
It is important for prospective Itan franchisees to carefully review the construction plans and the manual to fully understand the scope of work and the required investments in technology, equipment, and fixtures. Franchisees should also factor in potential costs for purchasing or leasing these items to accurately estimate the total investment required to open an Itan salon.
