What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to I Got My Sound Chicken's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the operations team conducts the training, and this team is led by Ms. A Rum Kim, the CEO since the company's formation. Ms. Kim's prior experience includes serving as the CEO of SFI Korea (I Got My Sound Chicken's parent company) from January 2020 to September 2022, and as the COO of SFI Korea from June 2016 to January 2020. In addition to Ms. Kim, other personnel from I Got My Sound Chicken with at least one year of direct experience in the restaurant's operations will assist in the training.
