Any websites or other modes of electronic commerce that we establish or maintain may – in addition to advertising and promoting the products and services available at Hyper Kidz Businesses – also be devoted in part to offering Hyper Kidz Business franchises for sale and be used by us to exploit the electronic commerce rights which we alone reserve.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Hyper Kidz Franchise Disclosure Document, Hyper Kidz has the right to use its websites to offer franchises for sale. Specifically, Hyper Kidz may use any websites or other modes of electronic commerce that it establishes or maintains to offer Hyper Kidz Business franchises for sale. Hyper Kidz also reserves the exclusive right to exploit electronic commerce opportunities.
This means that Hyper Kidz retains control over online franchise marketing and sales. A prospective franchisee should be aware that Hyper Kidz controls the online channels for selling franchises and may use its websites to recruit new franchisees.
Hyper Kidz franchisees are not allowed to maintain their own websites or advertise online in connection with their Hyper Kidz Business without permission. Franchisees also need written consent to promote their business or use Hyper Kidz's trademarks on social media. Hyper Kidz maintains control over all social media initiatives and can revoke a franchisee's ability to use social media. This ensures brand consistency and centralized control over the Hyper Kidz online presence.
