Under what conditions is Hyper Kidz required to provide additional on-site training at my Hyper Kidz Business?

According to Hyper Kidz's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hyper Kidz is not required to provide additional on-site training at your Hyper Kidz Business. However, Hyper Kidz will provide additional training and assistance on-site at your Hyper Kidz at your request or if they determine that additional training or assistance is necessary.

If you request additional on-site training or if Hyper Kidz determines that you need it, you will be responsible for covering the costs. This includes paying the then-current per diem fee for each trainer they send and reimbursing the trainers' expenses, such as travel, lodging, and meals. The FDD indicates the current per diem fee is $250.
