What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Hyper Kidz's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a training fee of $7,500 when they schedule trainees to attend the initial training program. This fee covers training for up to three people.
If a franchisee wishes to send additional trainees to the initial training program, they must pay an additional training fee of $1,500 per person. Franchisees are also responsible for covering all expenses incurred by their trainees during training, including travel, lodging, meals, and applicable wages.
The training fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the training is completed or not. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as the fee covers the franchisor's costs in providing the training program.
