What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Hyper Kidz Franchise Disclosure Document, the specific geographic limit to the site search area is determined and inserted after identification by the franchisee and approval by Hyper Kidz. This information is detailed in Attachment 3 of the franchise agreement. The address of the Hyper Kidz premises and territory will be determined and inserted in accordance with Section 8.1 of the Franchise Agreement, within the site search area.
Within 180 days from the agreement date, a prospective Hyper Kidz franchisee must submit demographic, commercial, and other required information, including photographs, to allow Hyper Kidz to evaluate the proposed site. Hyper Kidz will consider factors such as demographics, traffic patterns, parking, neighborhood character, competition, household numbers, income levels, population, purchase price or lease terms, premises size, appearance, and physical characteristics.
Hyper Kidz will provide written notice of approval or disapproval within 30 days after receiving complete site documentation. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld if the site meets Hyper Kidz's standards. If a suitable location isn't found within the initial 180 days, an additional 30 days may be granted. Hyper Kidz may offer further extensions or terminate the agreement if a site is not located within this extended period. The approval of a site does not constitute a warranty of its suitability for a Hyper Kidz Business.
