Does Hyper Kidz require the general manager to have an ownership interest in the Hyper Kidz business?

According to Hyper Kidz's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hyper Kidz does not mandate that the general manager of a Hyper Kidz Business have an ownership stake in the business. However, if the franchisee or one of their Principals is not involved in the daily operations, the general manager must dedicate their full time and effort to the Hyper Kidz Business.

Hyper Kidz retains the right to approve the general manager and requires that the general manager successfully completes the initial training program. This ensures that regardless of ownership, the manager is qualified to run the business according to Hyper Kidz's standards.

If a general manager leaves their position due to death, disability, or termination, the franchisee must inform Hyper Kidz immediately and appoint a successor within ten days. The successor general manager must also complete the initial training program within 30 days of their appointment. This requirement ensures business continuity and adherence to Hyper Kidz's operational standards.
