What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Hyper Kidz's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hyper Kidz will either approve or disapprove a proposed site for a Hyper Kidz Business within 30 days. This 30-day period starts once Hyper Kidz receives complete site documentation and any other requested materials from the prospective franchisee. The approval or disapproval will be communicated to the franchisee in writing.

Hyper Kidz considers various factors when reviewing a proposed site, including demographic characteristics, traffic patterns, parking availability, the neighborhood's character, competition from similar businesses (including other Hyper Kidz locations), the number of households, income levels, population density, purchase price or lease terms, the size of the premises, its appearance, and other physical characteristics.

It is important to note that Hyper Kidz's approval of a site does not guarantee its suitability for a Hyper Kidz Business or any other purpose. The approval only indicates that the site meets Hyper Kidz's minimum criteria at the time of evaluation. The document also states that demographic and economic factors can change after site approval, affecting the site's potential, and Hyper Kidz is not responsible if the site fails to meet the franchisee's expectations regarding revenue or operational performance. The franchisee is responsible for their own independent investigation of the site's suitability.
