What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Hyper Kidz's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the pre-opening obligations under the Franchise Agreement, Hyper Kidz will loan you one copy of the Manual for your sole use during the term of the Franchise Agreement. Hyper Kidz has the option to provide the Manual to you electronically. The Operations Manual includes approximately 96 pages, and the table of contents is attached as Exhibit E.
As a franchisee, you'll need to become familiar with the manual as it contains the standards and procedures for operating a Hyper Kidz franchise. Knowing that the manual may be provided electronically means you should ensure you have the proper systems in place to access it.
It is important to note that this is a loan, not a gift. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the manual and returning it if your franchise agreement is terminated. The franchisor can update the manual, and you are responsible for implementing those changes in your business.
